New Expansion Area in KIIC (105 Ha)

On 12th October, 2021, KIIC held a ground-breaking ceremony for the new 105 Ha land. There are many guests such as, Karawang Mayor, other Medias and related parties.

The new developing area is located at the north of the stage 4 area. It takes around 15 minutes from the nearest highway toll.

With 30 years of experience here in Indonesia and our know-hows, we will serve to the international, and variety of the tenants’ need, by providing the high quality Industrial land and related infrastructures, such as Electricity, Water supply, Road maintenance, and so on.

The schedule of the completion is the first half in 2023, but we can arrange the timing of handover depend on customers at the earliest, it is possible from 1Q in 2022.

Development of Land Expansion in the KIIC Karawang Industrial Area

The Progress of the KIIC Expansion;
started the first development in 1993, continue growing for the 2nd and 3rd phase. The Stage 4 start selling in 2017. Now, we started development of Stage 5.
